After moving to the area, I booked an appointment via a seemingly very professional online booking system for a Saturday, 12.15pm. As a working mum, my time is limited and as we're going away for holiday soon, so I wanted to get my hair done.Turned up 5 minutes early, only to realize that the hairdresser didn't have a clue she had a booking (??!) and to be told at the door that she can't do my hair as she is not well...She wasn't even apologetic that much and didn't offer to rearrange the appointment. When I mentioned the fact that she was the one who had sent me 2 reminders just the day before, she said, oh yea, they're sent out automatically. I am really shocked and disappointed that she didn't even bother to contact me (all details requested at the time of booking) as even if you're not well, you should still send a text to your potential new customer as a matter of courtesy.Don't waste your time with Pixie Lox!
