What fantastic service, helpful, polite, professional and open and honest. Did the diagnostic test in front of me and showed me the fault he thought would be responsible for the issue. Even though the diagnostics fault description could have been for any number of faults, he knew exactly what the problem was before even opening the bonnet. His in-depth specialist knowledge of Land Rover Jaguar vehicles was obvious.He showed me the damaged part and then ran (literally) upstairs and got a genuine manufacturers replacement and showed it to me, how reassuring to know you are not going to get a call at 5.30 to say the part hasn't arrived.Told me how much it would be and how long it would take.I 100% recommend Landers, if you have any Land Rover or Jaguar this is the only place to go, I just wish I had found them earlier.
