I visited it some while ago but small things had changed to make the food experience slightly less than before. Hopefully it will improve. Staff still very friendly and helpful.Upgraded stars to 4. Much improvement on our latest visit. Kitchen has been expanded and I think this has enabled a better flow all round. We'll done. Excellent place to eat, it's not Houghton Regis as we know it.
Nice staff, large dining area which can cater for both small and large groups. We have been here 4 times for work lunches as the menu has a good variety so everyone can find something. Christmas time we have hats and crackers on the tables which is a nice touch. Menu is inexpensive and nothing fancy, drinks are reasonably priced, quite large portions. If you want a more private area for a large group of you there are some longer tables tucked behind a partition which you could request.
Fantastic joint, had a very good time with friends from East London. Their loved it. The dish was superb, service first class. Great place. I recommend it.
Fantastic food. Good service. Some music would have been nice. You could hear it in the WC but not in the restaurant. The only down side was when we asked for some coffees. We were told the machines had been turned off now and they couldn't make us any. It's a shame nobody asked if we wanted coffees before they switched it off!
Great evening on Thursday The ambiance when we arrived was great. The food was exceptional and very well presented. The staff were very attentive and all in all we had a great time and we will be going again
